Delivery Policy

1. Shipping schedule:
In normal circumstance, since receiving order confirmation, www.c-brewmaster.vn delivers within 2 days in Hanoi and Hochiminh city; within 6 days outside those territories.
The shipment, however, can be prolonged in the following circumstances:
– Customer is uncontactable.
– Shipping address is not precise or difficult to be found.
– The unforseen increase in quantity of orders with www.c-brewmaster.vn that impacts on its handle.
– Made by third parties:

• Product suppliers www.c-brewmaster.vn
• Transportation partner
• Disasters, floods, riots, disease

2. Shipping fee
Shipping fee is charged based on the quotation from transporation service providers that www.c-brewmaster.vn orders the service: Grab, Lalamove… Customers pays directly to the shipping man when receive the goods.
Customer can receive the goods at stores agreed with www.c-brewmaster.vn
