Customer has the right to request for goods return in case the goods found defect, improper versus standard and the defect does not result by customer’s fault in loading/ unloading, storage or in the process of product using. The fee relating to goods exchange is covered by www.c-brewmaster.vn. Time to exchange is within 5 days since customer received the goods.
www.c-brewmaster.vn does not apply the money-refund.
